Is your support team available 24/7?

Yes, our support team is available 24/7 to assist you anytime. 

Can I update my phone number or email after registration?

Yes, you can update your personal details from the settings inside the app. 

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the steps to reset it. 

Is the app available across all Emirates?

The app is currently available in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, with plans to expand to other Emirates soon 

What should I do if I face an issue with the app?

If you face any issue with the app, please try updating it first. If the issue persists, contact our technical support.

Can I cancel the request after confirming it?

Yes, you can cancel before the driver arrives. Cancellation fees may apply based on our policy .

What if no driver is found?

If no drivers are available, a message will notify you, and you can try again later 

How long does it take for the driver to arrive?

Driver arrival time depends on your location—usually between 10 to 30 minutes .

Can I pay by cash or electronically?

Yes, you can pay by cash or electronically through Apple Pay, Google Pay, or debit/credit cards 

How is the towing cost calculated?

The cost is calculated based on distance and tow type. The price is shown before confirming the request. 

What types of tow trucks are available in the app?

We offer two types of tow trucks:

  • Standard Tow for regular vehicles. 
  • Luxury & Sport Tow for high-end and sports cars with safe, full-down flatbeds.
